Are you unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to initiate a return or exchange? No need to worry; we're here to assist you! You have the flexibility to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. The process is straightforward and involves the following steps:

Step 1: Contact us via email at to inform us of your desire for a return or exchange. We will promptly send you our return form.

Step 2: Fill out the enclosed return form that came with your package. Clearly specify the items you wish to return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Ensure that the returned items are in unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached, and suitable for resale.

Step 3: Select a carrier of your choice and send your package back to us within 30 days of receiving it.

Step 4: Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll process it within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you informed about the status of your return via email.


Return Policy: You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt for any reason. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in suitable condition for resale. Note that returns are not accepted for items purchased during promotions or sales. Sale items can only be exchanged for another product or a voucher.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which vary depending on the courier company and the country from which the package is being returned.

Product Exchange Time: If you opt for a product exchange, we will expedite the process to ensure it takes place within a few days.

Unavailable Exchange Products: If the desired exchange product is unavailable, contact our customer service team for estimated delivery time information. If your product is sold out during this time and you've already initiated a return, we'll work with you to find a solution.

Finding the Order Number: Locate the order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you didn't receive the email or need assistance, our customer service team is ready to help.

Damaged or Faulty Products: For damaged or faulty products, contact our customer service team and send a picture of the complaint to We'll promptly work with you to find a solution.

Returning Outside the Deadline: We recommend sending your return within the 30-day period. If not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a voucher. Contact our customer service for further information.

Refund Duration: We strive to process returns promptly. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 working days. Track the arrival of your package at our warehouse using your Track & Trace code, provided with your return. The 10 working days commence from this point. You'll receive a notification once the refund is complete, with a note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
